They are what they say
They are what they say, definitely not an internet scam. They are helpful and prompt, but the slightest percentage of a variance from the Customers evaluation and the offer drops, DRASTICALLY! i had an offer of $210 for a phone that was returned w/o physical blemish, in the original box, shipped it and the new offer was $51. Trustworthy, yes. Just dont get your hopes up. Brian

Appreciate your honest opinion. We do our best to honor the original quote but if the item does show damage to change the condition then our offer will change. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

Not to be trusted
Sent in a phone with no signs of use, took pictures before sending in. Mysteriously it allegedly arrived with scratches on front and back and they had to drop my quote by $100. Even after I presented pictures showing otherwise. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We apologize for your experience. If you receive a quote in mint condition there must be no damage. We found signs of use on the device and provided pictures. We offer return shipping if the new quote is not acceptable. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.

Disappointing
Previously, I was very impressed with your team. However, lately what should be characterized as good is dropped to fair in my opinion. Additionally, when sending questions, your response times are days out, if I get one at all. I hope this improves. Right now, I'm quite disappointed.

We apologize for your experience. If we find heavy damaged including dents or scratches on the device, it would fall into fair condition. We offer return shipping if the new quote is not acceptable. Thank you for using TradeInMyTech.
