Best price I found for a 2 year old bricked iPad Pro. Did have some issues removing it from my iCloud account so transaction took longer than expected. But overall a good experience.

Poor communication; lack of clarity around PayPal payment (seller is required to pay fee to receive payment); no confirmation of which email address is used for PayPal payment. All around "okay" experience; wouldn't use again.

Thank you for your review. We try our best to describe the condition on our site. If there is damage found to change the condition, we provide images and reasoning to why it changed. We allow for free returns if the quote is not acceptable. We state on our site that PayPal charges a fee for using their service. We offer check and Amazon gift card which does not have a fee.
