Trade in my tech is a decent company. The quote versus the money I was given for my device differed by $100 due to small damages and scratches found on the device. I think it was dented during the shipping process, but who knows. The company offered me a new quote or the option to have my device returned to me. I accepted the quote via email and the money was immediately deposited into my bank account via Zelle. It was a quick and easy process! I would recommend. Just expect a lesser quote than initially offered.

It was very easy to get an estimate for my iPads. They provided a shipping label so I could quickly package them up and send them off. My check arrived quickly and for the estimated amount!

Received notification that because of one tiny area on iPad which was hardly noticeable that they reduced my payout. After advising them I checked over the iPad extensively and did not see it, I requested the iPad be returned to me. Soon after that, I received notification that they would pay me the original quote since it was a very tiny area. After that, I received my payment in less than 5 days.
