I had to cancel my subscription at the last minute before the renewal. Take Genie support was very effective and allowed me to cancel. I was extremely appreciative of their response.

Immoral and unscrupulous business…
Immoral and unscrupulous business practices. Purchased multiple trade lines from trade line genie. 1 posted as closed another didn’t post at all. I was continually told to wait until the end of the month 3 months in a row. Reached out a final time to receive very rude customer service and no refund. Buyer beware. Save yourself time and money. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

Not a good experience
I don't know who was writing those glowing reviews. All I can tell you is I made a giant mistake going with this service and I'm 60 yrs old and have owned two businesses. Lost money, dropped trades, poor picks, poor communication/customer service at every turn.. and I'm not a neophyte. I own many stocks and have done very well. I thought it would be fun to try this service by placing small trades but I lost a whole lot more than I should have made.. stuck with it for 3 months and pulled my subscription. I'm glad I didn't go all out and lose 35K like the other reviewer (so sorry) but I'm happy to prove that I was a customer if needed... meaning if they can get this review pulled for reasons of suspicion or whatever. I am putting it in here as a warning to others...and the interesting thing for me is that stocks were roaring at this time -- but most of the trades (calls not puts) ended up being total losers.

2) Market Conditions & Strategy Alignment – While you mentioned that stocks were “roaring,” not all sectors or specific stocks perform the same way in a strong market. Trade Genie’s strategy is based on technical indicators and momentum signals, which means that even in a bullish market, not every trade will be a winner—but over time, a disciplined approach can yield positive results.
3) Communication & Customer Service – We strive to provide timely support and clear guidance, and we regret if your experience was not up to our usual standards. We always encourage traders to reach out with any concerns or for clarification on trade strategies.

Trade Genie has responded to my questions the same day I made a request. I have traded stocks and options for thirty years. even though I'm new to trade genie I can see they have it together. Even though it is impossible for anyone to be 100% right they have impressed me with their accuracy and timeliness.
