Dear Desmond, Thank you for sharing your experience with Trade Genie. We appreciate your honest feedback and are glad to hear about your positive overall gain of 11% over the year. As you correctly mentioned, not all trades are profitable, and this is an inherent part of the trading game. The key to long-term success in trading lies in cutting losers quickly and letting winners run. This requires a high level of discipline, which can be challenging for many traders. In every trade alert we send out, we specify the stop loss figure to help our members manage their risks effectively. However, we understand that emotional situations can sometimes lead traders to deviate from these guidelines, potentially resulting in greater losses than anticipated. We encourage all our members, including you, Desmond, to strictly adhere to the trading rules and guidelines we provide. Consistently following these rules is crucial to achieving the best possible results and maximizing the potential rewards. Thank you for being a part of the Trade Genie community. We look forward to continuing to support you in your trading journey. Dedicated to YOUR Trading Success! Dear Fred, We sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience, and we understand how frustrating it can be to face losses in trading. At Trade Genie, our goal is to provide well-researched trade recommendations, but as with all trading, there are inherent risks, and not every trade will be profitable. Addressing Transparency and Trade Reporting We take transparency very seriously and always strive to educate our members on the realities of options trading. We do, in fact, track and report all our trade recommendations, including both wins and losses. However, it's important to remember that not all members enter and exit trades at the same time or manage them in the same way. The outcomes can vary depending on market conditions and individual risk tolerance. Understanding the Market and Risk Management The options market is volatile, and no service—no matter how experienced—can guarantee profits on every trade. While we work hard to provide high-quality alerts, it’s crucial for traders to employ sound risk management strategies, including setting stop-losses and managing position sizes. We encourage members to utilize our educational resources and risk management strategies to help navigate the market more effectively. Our Commitment to You and All Members We are here to support our members and help them become better traders. If you have concerns about your positions, our team is always available to discuss trade strategies and risk management approaches that may help in the future. We would love to hear from you directly to better understand your situation and see how we can assist. Fred, we truly regret that your experience has not been what you hoped for, but we are committed to learning from all feedback and continually improving. If you would like to have a conversation with us to review your trades and explore ways to improve your trading strategy, please reach out. Our success is based on our members’ success, and we take that responsibility seriously. Dedicated to Your Trading Success! Dear Robert, We sincerely regret to hear about your trading experience and understand how frustrating it must be to face losses in the market. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you sharing your concerns. At Trade Genie, our goal is to provide well-researched trade alerts based on technical and market analysis. However, as with any investment strategy, there are inherent risks involved, especially in options trading, which can be highly volatile. While we work to identify high-probability opportunities, market conditions, timing, and execution can significantly impact trade outcomes. Unfortunately, no service—ours or any other—can guarantee profits. That being said, we always encourage members to implement proper risk management strategies, including stop-losses and position sizing, to help protect capital and manage exposure. If there were specific trades that led to your losses, we would be happy to review them with you and provide insights on adjustments that may help in the future. We regret that our service did not meet your expectations, and we value the opportunity to improve based on feedback like yours. If you have any remaining concerns or would like assistance, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We truly wish you the best in your trading journey and appreciate your time in sharing your experience. Dedicated to Your Trading Success!
