BEWARE OF TRADE GENIE
I signed up with this company for a swing options service. i signed up for one month but next day decided to convert for three month service since that was cheap. i paid for both & then asked for refund for one month service .they never paid back but promised credit. To my utter dismay this guy kept charging me through pay pal for all his other serviceswhich i never signed up.i signed up for one service which he was giving me by adjusting the credit. he kept charging me until last friday when i checked my account, i contacted him immediately. when i pleaded him for refund which is almost $900.00 he took as an insult & threatened me by telling me that his attoreny will contact me if i kept harassing him.ASKING MY MONEY BACK WAS HARRASSMENT FOR HIM. Evem PAYPAL'S RESONSE IS VERY NEGATIVE. what should i do to get my money back? THIS IS CLEAR FRAUD & I WILL ASK OTHER GUYS TO B BEWARE OF THIS COMANY ITS TRADE GENIE. FRAUD GENIE TOOK MY MONEY I BELIEVE.

Just to clarify things here for the readers that you approached us via email and asked for our help as you desperately needed due to your severe loss trading stocks and options on your own and following other trading advisory. We spent time with you to understand your trading needs and based on your needs and financial situation, we recommended that you join our premium service “Swing Options” and try it out for one month and we will be with you every step of the way. During this one month period when you saw the exponential growth in your portfolio you decided to switch to quarterly subscription (to avail the discount) and in lieu of the monthly payment you asked us to enroll you in our “Earnings Options Service” and “Debit Spread Service” (two services for the price of monthly Swing Options Service). So we obliged you knowing you are coming from tough financial situation. Later you asked us to switch you from Earnings and Debit spread service to our “Mastering the Markets – Duplicating Success” workshop (priced at $997) as you wanted to know how we do what we do. So once again we honored your request feeling sorry for your financial situation. Once you attended the workshop and got hold of all our educational materials then you falsely filed the claim at PayPal. You are right about negative response by PayPal to your request. They knew that your claims are false and you are trying to defraud us, so they denied your request. Then you started harassing us every day with your foul language. We take harassment very seriously and informed our attorneys and gave you warning to stop sending emails full of foul language. We did give you all your money back. We did not have to. Your negativity is even evident in your post here and your previous post with another company. Their reply to your post also proves our point.
