First time call with this company. Dawn who answered, worked directly with me thru the entire program in a very thoughtful and meaningful way to answer all questions. I was able to sign up 2 days before the IRS relief program closes on the 15th and have them start reviewing my file and working on my behalf. TRA uses humans not AI that really care about the mission of their company. We were done in 20 mins and now she is working on my behalf. Sometimes in life you need help. TRA was there for me when I ran out of options. Thank you for starting this company.
