TRA advertised on national radio. Thought this may have been a good referral. It was not. Yes, very responsive to accepting payment up front. Past that communication was brief, rushed and continually with different agents. I paid TRA to reduce the tax burden. The tax burden increased through TRA efforts. Finally, when the IRS sent registered mail informing pending action confiscating wages... I paid the IRS. TRA had the audacity, after not receiving any communication responses, to say, well, you should have called us. No. I should have remitted the payment to TRA to the IRS.

After signing all the documents, I asked to be put on do not call list. Agents continued to contact me 6-7 times a day. When I picked up and asked them to stop calling, I was hung up on. Terrible persistent aggressive telemarketing. The tax service itself is great. The aggressive telemarketing is unnecessary and aggravating.

My parents were almost scammed out of $20,000 by this group. I looked and they had an A+ on BBB however they have horrible ratings here. I only trust Trust Pilot (BBB is full of fakers). So the guy named Nick called and texted my dad so many times, that my dad blocked him. Then he called ME and gave me some sob story about how both of his parents died, etc and that their rating is higher than Disneyland (which is probably the worst comparison ever. Disneyland is disgusting!) Anyway this much pressure to sign, etc and asking for $20,000 before doing a lick of work is a scam. This is elder abuse and I hope people are reporting TRA. Completely disgusting. I spoke to our actual accountants and they said whatever they are promising is snake oil....

TRA is a scam. I owed about 23K and they said they could reduce the amount to around 5K. Then after I paid them 5K, they came back and said i now owe 25K after penalties but great new is I can pay over 5 years! What a scam!!! Why would I pay them 5K just to owe more to the IRS?!?!? Instead of just paying 23K, I now am going to pay close to 30K?!?!?!

I needed tax help. I paid 800 dollars to submit my information for a review to see if I would qualify for their help. I was told this was non-refundable. I agreed. Once everything was checked they said I would qualify for the fresh start program. The cost was to be 5000 dollars. I asked if this was refundable and was told yes by several people. After 9 months my case was rejected by the IRS and now I am being told the 5000 dollars is non-refundable. BEWARE!!! I would never have used their services had I been told the truth about the no refunds.

I felt like something was going terribly wrong after giving $600 to TRA for services when they sent a second group for $5000 and I have not paid the $5000 I have 3-day to cancel my contract that I was so rushed by them to sign yesterday (I will definitely cancel my contract today) and take a $600 lose.. what really opened my eyes was they was going to send me to a 3rd group after they got more money from me..chzzz talk about being money raped.. not for me.. all I can say is they con you nicely them after the $600 they take it's greed game on!

I hired this company in December 2023 for tax resolution services and paid over $14,000. I provided all requested documents in 2024 and early 2025. Despite this, no resolution with the IRS has been achieved. The IRS confirmed to me directly in September 2025 that they had not been contacted on my behalf, and in the meantime, my penalties and interest have grown. Communication has been inconsistent, with repeated requests for documents I had already submitted. After nearly two years, I have nothing to show for the large amount paid.

The TRA is a Scam. They'll mislead you to believe you're paying your $600 for Tax Relief or Tax Deduction. Once TRA have the $600, and mislead you on for about 2 or 3 months waisted time, and money. Next, TRA will attempt to scam you for $11,000. I've been scammed out of $11,000 around October 2024. Now, my Bank, and Corporate Attorney is aggressively pursuing a Lawsuit under a 1964 Civil Rights Lawsuit. If you see this message. Do not let TRA mislead you to the "Deception" Scam!
