So far I paid so much money to TRA for dragging me along. They filed my taxes for 2023 2024 and sent in taxes for 2022 for the state of Kansas which I was not living in until 2024. The state of Kansas is now saying I owe them $7000 for the year of 2022 when I was never living in Kansas thanks to TRA. Also, I'm also learned that I could've made a deal with the IRS myself because there's nothing saved, so now I'm paying the IRS and TRA which completed my case but I still have six months left to pay them. I'm starting to feel that I was bamboozled by this company and will be filing complaints if I don't hear back from them. It is hard communicating with this company. No one seems to know what's going on, they transfer me from one person to the next and there's never an answer to my question.

Stay AWAY from this so-called company!! Seriously, RUN, don't walk away from them. I was scammed out of over $7,000! The prey on fear - no one wants to owe money to the IRS. And it's that fear and sense of urgency that allows them to victimize, coerce, and manipulate people out of thousands of dollars. They've been reported to the BBB so many times, I'm shocked they are still in business. I'm also embarrassed and sick that I allowed them to deceive me. I should have done my homework on these clowns before allowing them to steal my hard-earned money without ZERO assistance from them. They did NOTHING! And the late fees & penalties just kept piling up. I finally turned to a well-respected tax attorney/CPA in my city who had heard other horror stories about this corrupt corporation, felt bad for me and resolved my past due amount w/the IRS in record time and for pennies on the dollar of what these thieves charged me. Also, they negatively impacted my credit score because the amount they said I owed them showed up as a "loan" on my credit history. If this post helps even one individual avoid this fraudulent company, it was worth the time it took to write this. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I paid this company $6090.50 for them to help me relieve my tax burden. DO NOT believe the sunshine & rainbows vibe marketing that they put out on social media. They were very nice & I was told from day 1 that I was a good candidate for their service and that they would be able to help me reduce my outstanding tax balance with an offer in compromise. They continued to reassure me throughout the whole process. I submitted tons of documents & financial proof that were requested. After a month of no updates, they reached out, stating that they had an offer for me. However, after going over the financial info, I found that some of it was misunderstood by them, and the offer in compromise was no longer an option. They called me back weeks later to tell me that the best option was to just increase the monthly payments to the IRS... something I could just do myself. I requested a refund as the service they were providing was sloppy, slow, and of no help to me. They called back weeks later, after getting "approval" from their directors, that I would only get a refund of about $3000, which is HALF of what I paid for the service and got nothing out of. PLEASE AVOID THIS BULLET OF A SCAM.

If you came here to look at this company's reviews, you are about to safe yourself headaches, stress, and one rough road ahead that you will never be able to maneuver. This company is a scam, it will sell you a plan and dream that you will chase until you meet the real nightmare. They took my money and started a horrible game of requesting and misplacing my documents for almost 1.5 years, if they feel you are about to discover their scam, they will quickly give you a new case worker who will start requesting the same paperwork. The game continued until I had to stop the monthly payments and requested to see any response from irs. that is when I discovered nothing has been started, my request of refund was met with arrogance and a "no refund!" they never contacted IRS, never touched my case but they were able to steal thousands from me. I wish I checked the reviews, I wish I paid attention of 43% of real people with concerns and negative reviews vs 44% of doctored reviews. Don't sign up with these people for your own peace of mind. There is a big % of complains filed against this company> do not ignore these 1 star reviews.

For everyday that has passed since yall promised me you help me and you took my $11,500 dollars. I will be posting negative reviews on your post, goggle, the bbb, and filing with the FTC. It was 2 years ago I pad yall. So I hope you are ready for 2 years of the negative reviews and people learning how you screwed me. If I can just educate 1 person a week on how yall TRA are scammers I could potentially cost yall millions. You don’t mess around? Yall messed me around for 2 years.

Spent $35K with TRA! They didn't stop IRS levies! Didn't stop IRS cleaning out our bank accounts! A year and a half of phone tag and not solving our tax issues! Lots of stress and being told "don't worry!" only to have IRS levy our bank accounts! Now they won't give a refund as they claim they saved us money by finding an error (which really isn't an error) on a tax return, which is not in our favor, so not sure how that is saving us money! When the IRS took our bank account, we were told by our Account Rep that there is nothing they can do. Luckily we called a local tax attorney and they got our money released back into our bank accounts and negotiated a fair payment arrangement with the IRS, all in a 24 hour period of time and only cost $4,000, not $35,000!!

I called them for information. I told them I'm not interested. For over a month I get calls several times a day. I've asked them to remove my number. Even though I've blocked their number I still get calls, and they leave voice messages.
