Don’t let the 4 &5 star reviews fool you
Don’t let the 4&5 star reviews fool you, surely they must pay for those with the money they rob you of. Do your own due diligence and read the newest 1stars and you will see countless people stating the same experience I am posting this review for. This company tried to scam my sister under the guise of helping her with an old IRS tax balance, they provided her absolutely nothing but taking money from her. When they wanted their money, they’re quickly able to call and hound you for it, but when you try contacting them to resolve matters or request documentation of what exactly they’ve done that they’re collecting payments for, suddenly no one can answer a phone or return a voicemail and when they do they have major attitudes & get defensive when you speak back to them with the same energy. They don’t seem to appreciate that, funny. Even their email responses are unprofessional. Audra Cashman & Sam Anaya are some of the rudest “associates” at a “professional” company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When advised we were in contact with law enforcement and our attorney, Sam found it appropriate to respond “You can call the president as well if you would like”. What a joke. TRA, you can save any phony response back to this review, it’s not welcomed nor needed. Not sure how you people put your heads on pillows at night taking advantage of people.
