Good morning and I definitely wanted to provide you with my experience with Heidi Vitug yesterday! First and foremost Heidi was very professional, engaging and she absolutely made our initial conversations incredibly productive and noteworthy! I was a little apprehensive when she called me but that quickly became old news! Heidi was knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer and immediately I knew I was fortunate to have her as my point of contact with TRA! She was polite and respectful and you need to know that she is a valued representative of your company! There was no doubt in my mind in a few minutes that I was blessed that it was her that called me right on time that I set up the day before, which is a very important aspect for me! I wanted to work with Heidi and I do appreciate her caring and down to earth persona! She put me at ease on what the process will be and what to expect from her! We hit it off immediately and she was absolutely amazing in the assistance in getting me through the Application process on my iPhone! They where able to resolve a lot of tax debt. Do to there knowledge I was able to resolved owed and amended tax debt. Now I can look forward to buying a home in the future without any leans!!!!
