Top notch customer service people and really helpful client portal for document viewing and Uploading. Most recently spoke with Alex F. when I needed help and she was quick to dial into my status as a client. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with!

Tax Relief Advocates took a very scary and complicated situation and turned it into a very positive outcome. They know what they are doing and they do it very well! ALLY is amazing! She gave me a sense of calm when things were getting difficult, and guided me through the process to a much better outcome than I had anticipated. SAL has been very helpful as well. Everyone that I have worked with through this process really seems to have the client's best interest at heart, and when you are in this type of situation, that is exactly what you need! In the final steps of preparing for the resolution phase, NEGIN was extremely helpful, reassuring, and patient. This has been a much more positive experience than I had expected!

Christine, Mark Sanchez, Kirk West, really the whole damn bunch, have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They stay on top of their work, communicate when need to, helpful stepping me thru the process of sending files, pics ect., which is tough on an ole country farm hand out in the middle of nowhere Mississippi! They have all been professional but made you feel relaxed and comfortable when explaining procedures or the "next move forward". I would recommend and do stand behind this team 100%.
