I've been putting this off for years and finally I had to. The services I received was way above what I expected, and it took about 7 months and I'm very satisfied, but more importantly the IRS is happy. From the very beginning when I spoke to Melissa I felt at ease and I never left my couch, everyone I dealt with was professional. Trisha took it home with finalizing everything and she took it home last Monday completing everything. One thing I thought was above is everyone returned my calls, which is unheard of the way it is today. I don't know if I paid to much or to little but I'm content and also worked with me on payments. No Complaints on my end, Thanks TRA!

KUDOS for Ms Janine Solis, a 5 STAR representative for TAX RELIEF ADVOCATES. Janine, has been my go to for all of my tax questions and there have been many, and Janine has been able to answer all of them, and guide me with sound advice. Janine is in a word a true "PROFESSIONAL" , knowledgeable, great customer service, that assures you that you have the right person helping you. She answers every email and text with a quick response. I have never met Janine except through text, emails, and the occasional phone call with a warm "HOW ARE YOU". I imagine from the tone and warmth in her voice that she is smiling and is truly concerned. TRA is blessed by having a stellar employee like Janine. TRA is an amazing organization, and I highly recommend them for resolving your tax problems.
