DANIEL’S SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE! HE SOLVED A PROBLEM THAT 7 OHER AGENTS WERE CLUELESS ABOUT. WE WERE AWAITING OUR 2025 TAX DOCUMENTS TO E SIGN, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL; EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE RESENT 7 OR EIGHT TIMES. IT WAS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING WHEN THE ONLY ANSWER WE WERE GIVEN WAS TO RESEND OVER AND OUR DESPITE NO RESOLUTION!! DANIEL DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE MAILROOM WITH THEIR E SIGN FORMAT !! FINALLY WERE EMAILED OUR DOCUMENTS TO BE PRINTED OUT AND FAXED TO TRA!!
