I would like to say, of particular note, is the wonderful service extended to me by one of TRA's Case Advocates, Janine Solis. She immediately responded to me each and every time I wrote to her with a pertinent response and always maintained her professionalism in her response. She was actually even more than professional, she was very comforting in her responses to me, something that I really appreciated since dealing with an issue like back taxes can be a very scary thing. I always felt my issues were taken cared of by her and I not only would recommend TRA to anyone experiencing issues with the IRS, but I would even give them Janine Solis as a person I specifically recommend as a contact. She is absolutely wonderful.
