First, let me start by saying when you owe anything to the IRS and are receiving all kinds of letters it can be very scary. The person that has really helped me the most at TRA is Janine Solis. Janine has been , and still is very patient, she answers every single question even though I’m sure I’ve asked them multiple times and she promptly returns all of my phone calls and emails .. She’s very thorough in her explanation, even though she may have had to explain more than once, Because of her my mind is at peace and the debt that I owe is being taken care of promptly

Cindy K. was so helpful, honest and compassionate. The process can be tedious but Cindy was great, guiding me through the process. I feel confident with this company.

My call on May 29 I will call a success because speaking with Juan , who is in customer service had shown me his helpful service. I requested to extend my payment because I just paid few days ago, and in June 1 would be paying another amount and when I explained that it will be too much, he told me a very positive answer and the rest of the call made my day more brighter, breathing more easily.
