Easy to understand

Working with Thomas at TRA was an absolute relief. Dealing with taxes usually causes me so much anxiety, but Thomas completely changed that experience. My wife and I have not yet had resolution with our account.so I can't comment on how well TRA works in that regard. However, recently my wife received notification from her work that the IRS had sent them a garnishment notice and that her wages would start being withheld on the very next check. She got this on a Thursday, and the pay period was ending the very next day. I called TRA and was put in contact with Adam Madueno, one of the case adjusters. He was able to send documents to us to sign, and was able to contact the IRS and get a cancellation of the garnishment document, all before the close of business on Friday. Less than 24 hours after I called him. I am extremely grateful to Adam for his quick, professional work on our behalf. He turned a potential emergency situation into perfectly resolved situation.
