They take 2nd payment out (30 days after first) and 3rd 4 days after after 2nd not 60 days from first payment. They said it can happen and they reserve the right to in fine print nothing they can do.

Ordered $500 worth of stuff and qualified for free shipping, “sweet!” I thought. 3 days after ordering I received a Fed Ex tracking number via email. A week passes and the stated deliver by date comes and goes. Check Fed Ex tracking number again, now there is a nice message that USPS will be delivering my order. It still isn’t here two weeks after initial order date. Hell I ordered some hop ups through RC Mart the same day as I made my Tower Hobby order and that arrived 5 days later, from China!! First and last order from TH, hopefully my kids present makes it here before her birthday. Update: package arrived day before my kids B-day so I’m going to add another star, everything was nicely packed in the box. I would order again but not something that I need sooner than later. I’m not expecting overnight shipping but a reasonable expectation in this day and age is to have the box at your door within a week of paying for it.

I have spent over 100,000 with them and unlike Horizon Hobby they dont go out of their way to take care of you. Strictly business about money in there pocket and they doint belive the consumer on anything....I have had more than 500 dealings wth them EASY
