in addition to past complaints i filled out an email request for a simple delivery date. got an answer that it would take 3-5 days. after 10 still no answer.. no phone support at all, forget tech suporteverthing done on line and gret if u have no questions or issues. Received an email of a one day only sale on an RC car. Within 16 minutes I had ordered the car as well as a charger and battery and received confirmation of my order. The battery and charger shipped out soon after but the car did not. After a week or so I went to check the order and noticed that they had cancelled the car from the order without any notification to me. I noticed the car had been discontinued (hence the likely inventory clearing sale) but to have shipped me the charger and battery for it and no notification. When I contacted them, the response was an insincere apology and a link (that didn't even work) to the replacement model of the car, that was more expensive of course. I responded back to them but never got another response. Extremely shady practices. I have had mostly negative experiences ever since they were bought out by Horizon Hobbies, so will never purchase from either of them again.

My order has been awaiting shipment for 10 days.

I've been buying from Tower since 1985. My las purchase was a 20cc Pheonix Cub. I like the plane. It was advertised as have a painted pilot included. Everything was in the box except the painted pilot. Not a huge deal, but I figured I'd let Tower know one was not included as advertised. The exact quote of their response was: Considering what you do get for the price, this is something we have to accept. It seems like a tough Sh@t response to me. Let's see if I ever even think about buying from them again or the mother company.

Zero customer service.. they don't respond to cases created or emails.. chat just creates another case. I've been completely ignored.

Tower Hobby support is terrible. Several times calling the support line it gave me a about technical difficulties and try back later. Chat is just as worthless! I've been a long time customer of Tower, but that was my last purchase. There are other on line hobby sites with much better support!!!

I ordered a motor for my ultra stick in April. They told me that it was back ordered and I would get it in July. Now it's backordered again and I won't get anything until November. They can sell their products but they don't support them. If you can't get spare parts, you're throwing your money away. I've tried calling customer service but I get a recording saying that no one's available. Tower hobbies used to be a great company. Not so much anymore. I think they've gone by the wayside.

Pre-ordered BLI ho scale UP business car, after almost 1 year waiting my order just got canceled and their customer service is a joke. Never got a proper answer either from phone or online service. Their online chat is totally garbage. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from them.
