Our experience to Niagara Falls was amazing. Steve our tour guide and driver was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and thoughtful to us throughout the trip. We opted for a lot of add ons and he accommodated them so well. The skyline tower was fab. The boat ride was amazing - expect to get wet! 😊 Lunch at the Sheraton was lovely and plentiful. The drive to the chapel, whirlpool and clock was fab and the wine tasting was delicious. We didn’t feel rushed at all, it was so well planned. Overall an excellent day and I would recommend Steve very highly. We were a group of two in their 60s and two in their 40s and everything was covered for us. The transport was luxury and so clean. Honestly book this tour and ask for Steve, absolutely superb! When we come back to Toronto we would do it again! Excellent!

The guide Hani was very helpful

The tour was very nice and the driver was funny and nice. The bus was also confortable and had good working toilets. I recommend it

Excellent guide and driver

It was amazing. We were able to freely do the things we wanted. No stress, very informative tour guide. Easy easy easy. Loved it.

Hani was a great tour guide. The bus was on time and comfortable. Great value for this tour.

One of the most disorganized tours I have ever been on. There was a great deal of miscommunication between the booking agency and the actual tour guide/driver in terms of pickup times for participants, the number of people attending the tour, and the tour itinerary. We were given an 8am pickup time but I was called around 7:45am asking where I was. I was able to locate the minibus and it then drove around the city picking up other passengers. We then were driven to an alleyway off of the highway and transferred to a larger coach bus which went to Missisagua to pick up more passengers. It took over 2.5 hours to pick up all of the tour participants. At one of the pickup locations, a couple was left unable to get on the mini bus due to a lack of seats. The tour guide repeatedly complained about how disorganized the tour company was and how she had no idea how many participants were on the tour. We finally arrived at Niagara Falls around 11:45am - 4 hours after initially getting picked up and over an hour later than the stated itinerary. We were then given time to explore the falls on our own. Absolutely no commentary or information was given to us about anything regarding Niagara or any of the sites we were brought to by the "tour guide." After our free time at Niagara Falls, we went back on the bus and were driven to other sites, such as the floral clock and the whirlpool. Again, no information or commentary was given to us by the guide. Finally, at the last stop at the winery, a number of people on the tour were under the impression that they had purchased a tour that included a wine tasting only to find out that they were not able to participate. The entire "tour" was merely a very long and disorganized bus ride. I would recommend avoiding this tour altogether and just renting a car and taking yourself to all of the sites of interest.
