Crew were easy to communicate with, very accommodating. First trip I wanted to go was canceled due to coach breaking down. Very unfortunate, I think my kids and I would have liked that trip more. We had unexpected lunch provided by this team, service was great. The music was loud, I think it would have been better if the majority of the crowd voted if we wanted the music played all the time or if we wanted people singing karaoke most of the time. Friendly crew.

The company is new and is still getting their barrings. The driver and the guide were excellent, but the overall service was lacking. The bus was comfortable and clean. The music being played needs to be softer and more internationally tasteful. Some patrons took their time to return and it delayed everyone’s trip. Also, some people missed pick up and they had to return to pick them up.

The tour itself was good. The travel was NOT good. We booked a Markham to Niagara day tour, we were picked up at 8:15am (scheduled 8am) expecting a 1hr30min drive to Niagara via the highway. We then went downtown in the busiest part of the day to pick up others who had booked a Toronto to Niagara tour. 3hrs45min later in a basic Sprinter with no facilities and no comfort breaks we arrived at Niagara. Tour was as planned but journey home was just as bad as rush hour again via the city. If i had known this I would never have booked. 7.5 hours in a sprinter bus with no comfort breaks is not acceptable!

The tour guide Shivi was fantastic and we would rate her at a 5 star. The reason we rated the tour at a 3star was because we chose this “Day and Night Tour” was because in the description it said “free time to explore Niagara on the Lake” and we specifically wanted to do that. The info also indicated our tour would start at approximately 2 pm and we were notified the day before the tour that our pick up time would be 4:15 pm. Not leaving any time for Niagara on the lake except driving thru it. That was very disappointing for us.

Some issues with wifi that led to delay in our trip yesterday. Coming from Britian I did not have data on phone so no way to get to email and tickets without wifi, this needs to be addressed

We were late from the start for reasons out of anyone's control making the whole day very long. Inconsiderate people who can be on time at waiting points. Not enough time at the Falls to see and do all the activities. Enjoyed seeing Not just the falls. Music on the bus was loud and repeatable.

Late picking up, was supposed to be small van not a full size bus, then late picking us up because he said he had to go eat when he had 3 hours to eat while we were at the falls.

Everything it was good only when you want to sale our picture for 40$ it was very expensive
