TourBeezReviews of tourbeez.com

Maria is extremely competent and Khalil a very able driver. We felt there were too Many pickup locations slowing us down and when we got there there it was a challenge to pick up everyone because of the various tour options. Perhaps your clientele and your staff would be happier and less stressed if there were only 2-3 pick ups and a better way would be offering written instructions for where and what time to meet. Very confusing obviously for everyone on our tour. Also for your company’s sake, figure out where to park the bus after drop off to avoid threat of parking citation.

Great cruise

Diane customized our tour to fit our needs! Showing us some of the best Niagara sites!

Great experience.

While our overall experience had positive elements, I cannot confidently provide a strong recommendation based on the full scope of the service. We recently used this company for a vacation trip to Niagara Falls from Toronto. As it was our first time visiting the Canadian side, the destination itself exceeded our expectations and made the trip memorable. During the booking process, we were informed that our driver would arrive at 7:40 AM. We also received a text message from the driver prior to the trip, introducing themselves and confirming the pickup details, which we found to be a thoughtful and professional touch. However, on the day of the trip, by 8:20 (ish) AM we were still waiting for pickup. We attempted to respond to the original text message and later called the driver’s number, but were unable to reach them as the call went directly to voicemail. We then contacted customer service through the number listed on the booking page and, after some time, were informed that the driver was on the way. The explanation regarding the delay was inconsistent, initially described as a logistical issue, then later attributed to unforeseen personal matters, and after that was something else… Once the trip began, the driver (Diane) made a clear effort to make up for lost time and was courteous throughout the experience. However, during the journey, it was evident she was under significant stress. She received a high volume of calls from the company regarding reports and scheduling for upcoming trips. At times, she was managing multiple incoming calls while driving, which was concerning from both a safety and customer experience perspective. It appeared that she could have benefited from additional operational support, as balancing these responsibilities while transporting passengers created a noticeable strain. From a customer standpoint, the primary concern was not the delay itself—understanding that unforeseen situations can occur—but rather the lack of proactive communication. A simple notification advising of the delay and providing an updated pickup time would have significantly improved the experience. Additional Note: This review has been updated at the request of the company/employee; however, the rating remains unchanged. While I understand that unexpected challenges may arise, we fulfilled our responsibility by being ready on time for the scheduled pickup. Clear and timely communication in such situations is essential and would be greatly appreciated in the future.

Mist on the falls in amazing

What a fun tour! It was more than I expected and included tasting of both maple syrup and regional wine. A lot of fun and the guide, Hani, was informative and good natured. Well worth it.

Schedule was well managed, it allowed to have all activities done and some more. Guide Hani was very helpful, informative and entertaining. Highly recommended!
