Maria our driver and guide was lovely and helpful. We had booked 3 things to do , but Maria helped to us to pick the best two to do and miss the 3rd due to time constraints. The company really should make clear at time of booking that only some of the activities are achievable in the time available on the tour.

It was really easy to get the tickets for the attractions thru TourBeez. Safe a lot of time.

We went to many places, only that the Maple Leave Place charges exorbitantly high prices for lunches; other than that, everything was professional.

I enjoyed the tour very much. Maria is a wonderful driver/guide. On the negative side I think we made too many stops after visiting the falls and 30 minutes for lunch and shopping is not enough. Got on and off the bus too many times. Tour took 10 hours because return traffic was very heavy. I suggest skipping some stops.

We had a great time. Our host Hanni was awesome. He had great knowledge and a good sense of humor.

I cannot speak highly enough of my Niagra Falls day trip from Toronto. Our driver Maria was exceptionally good. I have never experienced such a high level of service and real care for customers. Genuine. And top driving too. Special treatment for all of us on the bus. And everyone felt like a family member with Maria taking care of all of us from youngest to oldest on the day. My only piece of advice would be the need for an earlier start in order to have sufficient time at Niagra Falls to be able to do more than one of the extras. In my case, I did the boat first of all and i was lucky as there was little or no queuing. I never delayed or stopped for anything and walked then to table rock for behind the falls experience. Understandably that experience was extremely busy and I absolutely rushed it as I was aware of the time constraints. This certainly diminished the behind the water treat.With only 2 lifts to go below and same return. I did a stressful enough rush job rather than a casual laid back non fret time. And it diluted the adventure for mr.The queues to go back up top are crazy and unlike any after theme park style attraction I know.Pretty much similar to the wait before the lift down at start. So, I was late trying to get back to bus for the meet back time. Approx 40 minutes late back. The reality of situation onbthe day that my return time was unachievable. As I tried to move as fast as I could along the front , I was amazed and overjoyed to see Maria and TourBeez bus making its way in my direction. Like searching for a man overboard. I was a tad mortified but all passengers were very understanding.I was far from being treated as a leper like returnee.Even though I was well in excess of half an hour past the scheduled 12.50 designated time and pick up spot. And Maria had a very very welcome bottle of cool water left on my seat too. Magnificent day continued with nicest ice cream ever beside the smallest chapel stop. Wine tasting, maple syrup also 😋 and a beautiful drive through Niagra On The Falls made it a day I will always remember. And a drop off point that could not have been any nearer to my Union Hotel in Toronto. Only problem was insufficient time for doing the two niagra extras i picked from the list on your site. It would be far better to just advise customers to do one from the list. Alternatively, just start the trip about an hour earlier.. That would allow the customer more than just picking boat or another alternative. And we also lucky not to have had any serious heavy traffic. A separate tour guide on board could perhaps shave enough time off the trip to enable a more comfortable time frame. Perhaps a half hour earlier start with separate tour guide could be key to success. Thanks to all for making my Canadian holiday even more of a special trip. Booking the Niagara Falls Cruise through Tourbeez was quick and easy, and one of the biggest advantages was being able to skip the long lines, which saved a lot of time. The entire experience was absolutely magical—I had so much fun, enjoyed the breathtaking views up close, and created unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Niagara Falls! 🌊🚢✨
