I had to order two dresses last minute for my party and one of the dresses happened to be unavailable and the other one couldn’t be picked up until next week. Noel gave me a call and was so patient with me and helped me pick out alternates that would be available for pick up asap. She took her time and helped me through the entire process. It was such an exceptional customer service since she was pleasant and didn’t get aggravated at all throughout the conversation.

Only thing tricky with the clothing is the sizing. It took me a bit to get sizing right due to the different materials (some strech, some dont etc) but that was my fault because they have perfect descriptions for sizing and material info. They even list if it stretches! They have excellent quality and prices. You get beautiful quality items. Everything I have bought looks like the image and their service has ALWAYS been exceptional!! They're super kind and helpful and anytime I've had an issue (rare) they've always helped me. 5⭐️

Absolutely horrible first time experience: TouchDolls force you pay $3 dollars for security packaging, which isn’t different from regular packing via USPS. The items purchased were balled up and shoved into a small plastic bag. Just Horrible. The Hot Pink Skirt set was nothing as advertised; the worst craftsmanship and quality I’ve ever seen. This is a HARD Bought Lesson-regarding online shopping. TouchDolls only offer store credit - that’s my bad. Never Ever, Again. Oh well, store credit it is…

Hello Doll, We apologize that you were not satisfied with your overall experience. Although we do highly recommend our package protection plan in case your package is lost/stolen during transit, it is 100% optional and can be removed during checkout. In regards to our packaging we try our best to fit all items in your order into one package to help reduce waste for a better environment. Our products vary in fabrics and styles and are advertised and pictured as accurate as posible. Our policy has been the same for many years and we always display complete transparency by showing all information on the return policy listed on our website for all customers to see prior to ever making a purchase. The great news is that our gift cards do not have an expiration, so it can be used at any time. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can further discuss your dissatisfaction with our return policy.

I ordered the white Deliano dress. The material was nice and thick, very stretchy (in the right places) and fit great. I’m 5’9, weight 170 and got a large. Fit perfect!!! Hugs the body in all the right places. The material is a little see-through but I wore stickies to cover my nipples and it gave it a real Sexy vibe. The delivery was fast as well! Highly recommend this dress!
