First off, we want to say thank you for choosing our sun and moon pieces to symbolize something special between you and your partner. 💞 When you reached out about the accidental drop, our team immediately wanted to help—not because it was “required,” but because we genuinely care about ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your kind words about our willingness to replace the item, even though the mishap was entirely accidental, mean the world to us. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do: to spread light and positivity, one interaction at a time. ✨ We’re especially grateful for your understanding and honesty.
