Awful, horrible, terrible customer service! We have had awful service through them with dropped or no service a large percentage of the time so we switched companies. My husband had called 5 times! Each time he is on the phone for 2 hours trying to get them to send a simple transaction code to get our phone numbers transferred to our new provider. They transfer you to multiple people, refuse to let us talk to a manager or someone higher up, they send the sample email to verify it is correct but NEVER send the transfer codes! They say it takes 20-60 minutes. THEN they tell you you have to wait 24 hours to try again! Then we wait and go through the whole ordeal again! We are locked out of several of our accounts because we need to verify it’s us with the code they send to our phone number…which we cannot access!! We still have 18 days of paid service through Total Wireless and I am LIVID! They are messing with our time and money! I do not recommend them.

DO NOT use Total Wireless. I have only spent time waiting on hold for customer support - never getting resolution of the problem. I have just been told that I can't get a pin to transfer my phone number because it has been given too many times -- I have NEVER been given a pin. I was sent the wrong SIM card, and NEVER had phone service with this company and all I have been doing is trying to get my phone number back -- DISASTER! RUN -- don't walk as from from this company as possible -- this includes trac phone and several others.

I bought my son a phone and wanted to add on to my service. My service was just paid for 1 1/2 weeks prior to this. Customer service failed to tell me I was going to be charged the full $90ish instead of just adding ony new phone and prorating somehow to make everything line up to pay at the same time. Refused to acknowledge their fault in lack of communication. I will be finding a new service.

Unethical company with bad customer service and management. I don't recommend this company at all.

This is the WORST wireless company I have ever tried to change to. Do not use them. I called their help phone number and was on hold for more than 45 min. I gave up. They have NO live people to talk to. Spent over $80.00 on SIM cards and activation card that is worthless.

I would give negative stars if I can. I've been with this company for years. My phone has been activated for years. I paid for the phone through TW in full. This time when we renewed the plan for up to 4 lines. Three of the lines were not working and account showed past due. When I called to remedy the issue, they were able to activate 2 out of 3 and informed me that they couldn't activate the third line because of status on my lease. I never had a lease on any of my phones and they were always paid in full. After being on hold for over an hour, and on a call for over 45 minutes, they said there was nothing they could do except for me to call smart pay to remedy the lease issue. When I called smart pay, of course they don't have me on file because I never had a lease with them. Apparently the IMEI was on file with another name of someone who owed them money and that they had to have corporate remedy the issue. No call back or anything. Now my phone is a paper weight and useless, and hundeds of dollars down the drain. How was I able to ever activate this phone in the first place is a mystery. It's clear these people don't know what they are doing. They are selling phones that other people owe money on and trying to get that money from other customers. I will not be going back. Please use someone else as your service provider.

Horrible company constantly have system errors been having issues with my phone for months still can't seem to get it working properly told me I needed to buy a new phone this is a new phone now yet another system error and I am no longer on auto pay worst phone company ever

I've been a Total Wireless customer for almost 4 years and started having difficulty 2 months ago, with having only 1 bar most of the time, almost every call dropped and almost all calls I made or received end up useless because no one could hear me. The mobile data also didn't work most of the time. I tried contacting them and they told me to take specific actions, which I did and said they would do a call back to see if these actions worked. They didn't work and no call back. Basically, they showed no concern that I'd been paying for wireless calling and data that is unusable. Definitely, avoid them.
