The most terrible customer services ever!!!I had to wait for half an hour for them to tell me I cannot activate my SIM card …no sorry no nothing they just rudely hang off the phone after eating up half an hour of my life…terrible just awful

They deserve a negative five stars. On Sept. 30 I purchased a phone using Smart pay on Total by Verizon's website as of today Oct 17 I have still not received my phone or refund. They lie about every thing that they say they are doing to fix the situation. Their favorite saying is we are going going to escalate this but nothing happens. They never return phone calls and it's time to make my second payment. This should be interesting. I guess it's time to call the bank and get the funds reversed, this is going to be interesting. DON'T USE TOTAL BY VERIZON THEY ARE FRAUDS.!!!!

I bought one of their Motorola 5g phones. They are listed as lightning fast and all the bells and whistles. This is the slowest phone I have ever used. The free phones are faster than this phone. Customer service if you can understand them is horrible. I have been with total wireless for about 5 years and their customer service just keeps getting worse and worse. Still trying to return this phone but they don't have a store to return it to. I think its time for a change

Total crap is what it should be called. Customer service reps that lie. They couldn't port my number even though my current company released my number. Inept representatives that barely speak English, and are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy let alone someone else. If you are thinking about it. Think again.

The worst customer service ever! I got approved for a phone. Site glitched out and customer service can't help me because I don't have a cell # yet. Of course I don't the website took my personal information but glitched out before I got a number or my discount of course...*&^%$. Worthless cs just kept repeating himself until I just hung up. They better not try to bill me...

When it works it is great, but if any issue plan in being on the phone a full week eith no help just tons of callbacks to speak to another person that is clueless of the last 16 hours you have wasted with previous customer service reps. From Sunday Oct 2 til tonight and still not fixed

I have been a total wireless customer for years, and now TOTAL by Verizon has ruined the service! I left Verizon years ago due to their customer gouging practices. They are at it again by monopolizing the field of cell technology buying up the prepaid competetion and lowering service for price point. I had an issue recently where my IMEI was messed up and had zero help correcting it. Verizon is using the phone IMEI in their system as the "account number" and without what they see, they will not allow the phone number to be transferred to another carrier. It took me days to get this corrected because the phone number they provide for customer service is all tech 1 support without the ability to fix hardly anything, and they refuse to let you talk to anyone else. The service desk has been trained to intentionally keep you on hold as long as possible to try to break your will on doing a transfer. What I have discovered, is if you call 800-992-1346, and select option 6, you will get to a tier 2 person. This number is not the number they want you to know. Good luck to anyone reading this in need of help. I hope this creates a little pain for verizon, at least as much as they inflicted on me.

Have had just an awful experience with transferring numbers with Total. Spent a total of 7 hours to get a number and phone unlocked to transfer. Then tried to add a new number and had to call several times with no luck. Still not able to get it added. AWFUL Customer service.
