I placed an order to be sent to hotel I was staying at on Jan. 28th, despite 3 emails requesting an update which was never received and a call to a number where the mailbox is full I have NO idea where the order is! I have requested a cancellation and refund however no surprise no answer!

RUN AWAY!!! This service is so awful and customer support so incompetent I don't know where to start. New phone took 7 hours to get activated and they screwed up retaining my old number. website not working. 4 more hours to get that cleared up and then they billed to the prior number's service (they're now trying to clear that up). Absolutely pitiful...

DONT DO IT TOTAL BY VERIZON PHONES DROP SERVICE RANDOMLY BOUGHT A NEW ONE TO REPLACE THAT ONE IT WORKED FOR 2 MONTHS BEFORE DOING THE SAME EXACT THING STILL WAITING ON REPLACEMENT WILL BE HIRING ATTORNEY SOON IF IT DOESNT COME IN ALREADY SUBMITTED COMPLAINT WITH BBB

Run from this phone service. Absolutely horrible phone service and Customer Service totally incompetent.

I was told I can bring my own phone I have a Moto G power 2022 I entered my IMEI number and they tell me that it was not compatible because of the zip codes I entered and they said the phone was not compatible this is ridiculous and uncalled for this service should be immediately shut off

I purchased a branch new Samsung Galaxy AO3s from Walmart and a $50 service plan. I attempted to activate my new phone, but could not online. I called Total and tried to activate by phone but the IMEI was not working. I asked to speak to a supervisor but the agent could not transfer me. I went ahead and renewed with my current carrier so I could keep my number. I waited a month and purchased an identical phone and planned on using the pin card I purchased last month never utilized with this new phone, believe it or not the computer said the pin had already been used!! I called Total and spoke to Meegoy badge number #591735 who also had trouble with the pin card saying it had already been used, and that I would have to purchase a NEW service plan. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she said she could not transfer me. This has been a total headache.

I was sold a defective phone november 23 2022. My screen blacked out on December 22 2022 I sent it in for a replacement phone under my warranty ad upon their request. CS told me i would recieve my replacement phone in 1-3 business days. I waited to contact until after the new year(January 9th to be exact) to find out when it was sipped out and whe i would receive it. CS told me they never received my phone until i provide them with a tracking number frop ups stating tha they did recieve my defective phone. It is now January 28 2023 and I still have not received my phone. Something needs to happen ASAP !

Avoid!! Used Verizon for years, but was looking for a lower cost option. I mistakenly believed Total by Verizon was the way to go. Wrong! First, it took them days to port my number and activate the phone. One customer service agent even told me they didn't need the number transfer PIN, that they would email me if they need it. Second, the service never did work. My son's phone had talk and text, but no data connection. Mine did nothing. After several days and hours and hours and hours on the phone with what passes for "customer service" and "support", doing the same 3 or 4 steps over and over and being told to 'give it 24 hours for the system to reset', I had enough.
