JUST DON’T!
DON’T! I have had nothing but problems with them. First, it was the service. Then iI was supposed to be on auto renewal, but every month the service would drop. They’d tell me they fixed it, but the next month, same thing. Every few weeks I’d have to call them to reset my phone because I couldn’t get service. Now back in October, I took my phone off the plan, so it went from 3 phones down to a 2-phone plan. I called them on day 1 to change it, but the next month I was charged for 3 phones. REPEATEDLY called them to fix it. They claim they fix it and they don’t. They told me they can’t reimburse a partial month, but that they would give me a lower cost the next month to make up for it. Then I had to fight with them again the next month because it wasn’t fixed. I got tired of paying for an extra phone, so I moved to Verizon. But I needed to get a transfer pin from Total first. They claim they can’t validate your info to talk about your account (supposedly I have the wrong zip code, wrong pin, they claim they sent an email and text, but I never get it). They won’t give you to a supervisor. They give me pins that don’t work when Verizon tries to put them in. They locked my daughter’s SIM on her phone so she can’t even use Verizon’s new SIM card, then tell me it could take up to 3 days to unlock. I signed with Verizon 3 days ago, but still have a billing dispute through my bank with Total, and still have 1 phone that’s a paperweight at this time. I’ve been on a 3-way call with Total and Verizon so Verizon could help me with this, but they even gave them the run-around. I have to cancel my debit card they’re charging and get a new one, just to ensure they don’t keep charging me. I’m calling Better Business Bureau today. They should allow 0 ratings on here.
