Total wireless is bad!! I pay with the app and it said payment didn't go through try again later well I did. It went through put it in reserve. Looking at bank statement and 2 charges show up 10 calls and most ended with them hanging up on me so they said the would refund me the one but when I checked they removed the one in reserve still no refund and had to buy a new plan and add it then loosing 2 days of service just so my phone would not get turned off. I am out $133 dollars and now they can't find the first 2 payments in the system so I now have to go to the bank and file paperwork to dispute the first 2 charges. What a bad company this is stay away I am changing carriers next month.

I spent 3 hours on the phone talking to total wireless people in the Philippines, half I could not understand, the other half is totally incompetent. I asked a very simple thing, put my wife's number on my account so I would get the two line discount. My wife's phone stopped working. After 3 hours dealing with these totally incompetent people, we got the phone working again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I’ve seen stupidity and incompetence in my life but never as much as the past 24h when I first encountered myself talking to Verizon advisors. Not only there are as useless as stupid but they also seem to enjoy scamming people and making them lose time. They scammed me for 30$ today and after 2 and a half hours spent trying to fix it, they kept talking to me like a 2 year old. Worst brand customer service ever

Total Scam. Three months of contradictory info regarding attachment of my ACP enrollment # to my Verizon account. They keep charging the full amount and overdrafted me twice. They seem to have an automated disconnect call-transfer function. Impossible to get functional service staff, which seems dedicated to passing the buck in a myriad of ways. Totally hostile public interface with totally obnoxious verbal courtesies. They come up with new problems arbitrarily, notifying by bot- text. They need to be reported as a fraud to all consumer affair agencies.

Absolutely do not think twice about going to this sham of a service. They will bar you TOTALLY from going to a new carrier and will not allow you to transfer your number to do that by using certain tactics. I couldn't even request my own invoice to prove they have my correct account information to prove they were lying saying that it was wrong. You get rejected every time! Report them to the FCC when this happens.

Run far away from Total by Verizon. Their customer service reps are rude and nasty. Customer service representative Marie joe # 513426 literally got rude for no reason and refused to transfer to her supervisor, she should not be in customer service.awful employees.They will take your money and time and run you into data connectivity issues.Do not waste your time and money with Total by Verizon. They want to snatch your business right away but don't want to help you when they run you into issues. Don't get trapped. Total by Verizon is total crap show. My family and friends are going to hear this for years.

If you want to keep your number in the future, dont use Total wireless. They use every scummy tactic they can to not to release your number to a new company if you switch away from them. All in an effort to get you to give up and stay with them. Garbage company.

This company since being taken over is awful. I have had them for 6 years. Their representatives for tech support are awful. It takes going through 4 reps and hours on the phone to get to one that resolves the issue in under mins. Switching carriers. My data works and quits working. They can't figure it out. Also poor cell service. Reps have admitted it has been worse since the switch to Total by Verizon. Not fair to them either. Their own computers don't even work right. Funny, when they want a survey, it is never about their company, only their reps.
