Extremely useless service. I have had my service disconnected three times this year already for "non payment" when I'm supposed to be set up for auto pay! No attempt to notify me that there is an issue, just straight to service disconnection. Just used their customer service chat to try and find out why my account is deactivated again and they told me to reset my phone. When I reset the phone I still had no service (no surprise there), but when I tried to connect to the chat support again I found that they were closed for the night! They literally wasted my time to run out the clock so that they wouldn't have to help me!

Holding my phone hostage! What a shame Verizon killed Total Wireless. Verizon buys them out, tries to trick you into signing up for their new plans. When you've had enough and switch providers they hold your phone hostage even though I've had the phone activated on the service for 18 months, I owe nothing, I'm not under contract. Their support told me the phone was unlocked and when I tried to activate it on the new service they said it was locked. Now they are trying to charge me a fee!!!!! I filed a complaint with the FCC.

My phone got broken so I went to wal mart and bought a total verizon phone now I am going on two weeks without my phone when I tried to activate my phone they cut my service off. I have a 60$ shared plan my boyfriends phone s service is working fine but when I called they said I needed to buy min. Ever since verizon took over total wireless we have had nothing but trouble. I'm switching carriers ive talked and chatted with customer service several times but nobody knows how to fix my phone that still has not been activated. It's ridiculous!!!

Totally a scam! I activated the sim card. The calling signal worked just fine, but the data signal did not. I called the call center 4 times. No one was able to get the data to work. In the end, I requested for a refund, but the last agent "Kristine" told me that I already used the sim card, so they cannot issue me a refund. What the heck! I could not even get the data signal, but they are saying I have already used the service! Total Scam by Verizon!

I spent the past 3 days trying to activate a total wireless phone. Phone agent was not helpful. Just requested me to activate phone online. Also of no help, the online chat agent, who asked me to speak with an agent. Does anyone in the company want to make money? I'm on with an agent again to Hector (useless). I miss live agents who value their customers. My company is changing cell service providers this month.

OMG! STAY AWAY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I'VE EXPERIENCED SOME PRETTY BAD ONES. I was enrolled and have been on auto pay for 4 years. I got a new bank card as they give you one every so many years, and they could not update it in their system. So left with no phone, no resolution, and the phone is probably locked-I don't know, haven't tried that yet. Talking about wanting to pull your hair out it was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I spent hours on the phone with different representatives who all sound the same and tell you the same exact thing. They keep saying the same thing over and over again, and when you ask for a supervisor they won't give you one and they simply could not and would not resolve the problem. So now I have to go buy a new phone and find a new service, at a time when I have an extreme amount of stressful things going on. They were fine until they became "Total by Verizon" instead of Total Wireless. They won't be in business long.

If you love to have your time wasted by awful useless customer service agents who have no idea what they're doing don't listen to you and waste your time repeatedly then you should sign up for Verizon total. So far, I'll be going on day two trying to get my phone activated because the customer service agents are so incredibly stupid that they can't even figure out how to process or investigate a ticket number which was assigned by verizon. They just make stuff up and hang up the phone. Do not I repeat do not ever deal with this company. Go get yourself a Walmart phone. also when I opened my browser on Wi-Fi I found about 10 tabs of just ads trying to sell me stuff. Spamming me to death and I haven't even activated my line yet

Agent Romabel 511349 was the worst customer service agent . I was calling about a simple caller id issue/ change and she was double talking all around the issue , I could only assume because she had no idea what she was doing. I finally had to try to guide her to pull up the trouble shooting guide because I have over 20 years of customer service with about 3 of those being with verizon wireless customer service. After realizing she was going to be of no help I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor or a tier 2 with someone who may be more knowledgeable and she refused 3 times. After i explained to her what customer service is and that her goal as an agent should be total resolve of a customer issue and after all troubleshooting has been exhausted on her end to get someone on the line that can help, and not just hang up the call and say someone will call you back, she finally transferred me to someone named sullivan who I think resolved issue.
