If I could give Total By Verizon 0 stars I would do it. This has to be the worst cellular provider on planet Earth. This morning they turned my cell service off. I paid for next month 2 days ago. I tried to get customer assistance to assist- I may as well have asked for help from a rock. Not just useless, but obviously corrupt. They don't publish the number anymore, and make you use online chat. They couldn't fix the problem, so they just disappeared. I finally decided to sign with a new carrier. Within an hour I had good cell service with Spectrum. Then I asked total by verizon to refund me my purchase of service for September, which I was unable to use. They routed me to 3 different customer service agents, who all said they were not authorized to refund. The last one kept me on hold for 10 minutes saying she was waiting for the page to load on her computer. She was obviously lying. So then I told her I would just dispute the charge through my credit card company. Check out their reputation with BBB. These people are nothing but criminals.

Total wireless customer service is awful. They will put you off as long as possible. I gave them a one star, but would rather have given them a minus 10. There is no place to send supporting documents ( either email or by mail ( USPS) Cellular user beware

Total wireless customer service sucks. In two days I made six phone calls, got hung up on four times and was charged twice with no refund. I was told they would return my call, and they didn't. They won't transfer you to a supervisor and you can tell they don't know half of what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend this phone company even if it was free!!!

Terrible! I can't make a single call , I was awaiting returned calls from a potential employer they could never reach me . I still can't dial out. Do not go with total it's terrible.

Brought the card from Walmart, spent over 7 hours on the phone speaking to representatives, and trying the same trouble shooting 'tips' noone was able to help, and they refused to refund the $40 I spent on the cards, they were ill informed, and each representative would give a different message, (you could get a refund) you just need a different sim card, (which i then went out and brought) it was all a huge waste of time, terrible customer service, terrible product

Target conned me by selling this garbage. I am unable to access simple phone calls on this device. That is all I wanted since my landline gave out this morning. I figured I'd give a Smartphone a try and this is not the first time these sort of phones have failed to work for me. Now I feel all Smartphones are a monumental scam. I'm landline til the day I die!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Spoke to same lady 6 times in a row, she kept using different names 2 of them being Jessica and margarie. She had a very strong oriental accent and was very rude and nasty and would hang up on me whether it was to “transfer me” or mid sentence. She was VERY rude and VERY unhelpful and spoke to me as if I were stupid. I got her last Wednesday as well, same experience. Today, 7/23/23 from 10:50am until around 11:40am I had to deal with her because I kept having to call back after being hung up on and go through the entire menu to get back to customer service. Spoke to me as if I were incompetent. She’s A NASTY and USELESS human being with a huge attitude problem. I’ve never gotten angry at someone over the phone before. She’s Disgusting. Consumer wireless is amazing. I recommend everyone switch to them. They have very helpful staff that are educated, mannered, sweet and patient.

NO ONE takes responsibility to see the job through. No one followed up. Moving from Verizon Wireless to Total By Verizon for financial reasons. For 11 days I tried to connect. I made SEVENTEEN calls. Calls were cut off/dropped about 7 times. Over 11 days, I was promised return calls eight times, but only received one call back. No one cares. I made 17 calls and each time they treated me like it was my first call. No one stood up for the customer. No one takes responsibility, there's no accountability. Complete customer neglect.
