If you are looking for a reliable phone. Unless you have access to WiFi at all times this is not the phone service for you! This has been the worst experience I had with a phone service in my entire life. Horrible service and I had to get 2 brand new phones in less than a month. I also wasted over $60. On refill cards I was told were no good and had to buy 2 new sim cards that I was not reimbursed for! Also I spent over a week on phone calls with their customer service all with out my phone working. I had to use my son's phone during this time. Everytime I finally got passed the computer part and would finally get transferred to a human I would be disconnected and have to repeat it all over again! Very frustrating! I highly do not recommend!!!!

I paid for a full year Dec 30, when Sept rolled along l had no service and they couldn't find me in their system. I had them for 3 years until then. They were great until then. Customer service was terrible you couldn't understand the people on the other end

We have had a family plan with Total for about a year and a half. It worked fine until Verizon bought them, then have gone down the tubes. The app constantly locks you out for one thing. My wife just bought a new phone (iPhone15) with an eSIM and we have spent over 4 hours trying to get them to activate it with no success. They actually answer the phone right away, but have a script, don’t really understand your problem, and the call often disconnects (I suspect intentionally when they can’t solve your issue). 9 phone calls later we are still not able to simply activate a new phone. We plan to cancel our contract and will find another carrier.

Abolutely terrible customer service. They will tell you they will help you, never do it, then lie about it when you call back. Every time I ask for help I get a different answer. They will say they don't have the tools or make up an excuse and dodge every question. Awful people, really. I'm switching to Mint

I bought a phone from dollar general for 24.99$ & I was about to activate it but I'm glad I looked for the reviews before I pay for service. So it's a no no no.

Absolutely garbage since Verizon took over. I have spent over 6 hours across 4 days trying to transfer my wife to this service just to get hung up on everytime as soon as they encounter an error or decide to transfer me. Now I have a $300 piece of apple plastic I can't do anything with until they decide to fix their nonsense and get their system functional.

TW used to be good, and then Verizon bought them out. My last day of service was supposed to be yesterday, and I have auto refill. They shut off my phone 24 hours early and when I went to refill it (because they didn't charge me how they were supposed to) it kept saying it couldn't process my card. So I finally got onto chat, and the guy tells me he can refill my plan, but not at the cost of auto refill (which saves about $2). I told him no, I wasn't gonna be paying extra money because they f*cked up, and he tells me the system is telling him it comes to 35.80. I said well on my end it says 33.20. Then he told me he doesn't have any way to adjust the amount and I would have to pay the full $35.80. I told him if that's the case, he and his dumb*ss supervisor should look into that and I left the chat. My brother thankfully was kind enough to offer his card to pay, and what do you know? It went through for 33.20, no problems. Pretty sure at this point these people are just trying to scam money, but it's alright. According to these reviews, so many people are having issues that it's bound to gain traction and implode what's left of Verizon's time as a business. Meanwhile, next month I'll likely be switching carriers.

Absolutely terrible, do not waste your time. My wife went to refill our plans on the app like usual and her phone was fine but the data on my phone would not work. She spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get through to people and the actual people we got ahold of kept hanging up on her, eventually it got so late at night she had to give up, she got back at it the next morning and spent 4 more hours on the phone and my phone Is still not working and at this point we just want a refund and they say there is a problem with their "refund system". What a joke. We have yet to see our money and this whole thing put a big dent in our weekend. Company was fine until Verizon stepped in.
