This service is crap. i bought a $50 dollar phone to use in an emergency with my qlink service i was told they want $150 to unlock the phone i just bought outrite. SHADY BUSINESS. Icould not tecommend doing any business with verizon. they are all about fees hidden charges and finding new ways to get money. i feel difty for just talking to there so called help. if the phone was leased i would ynderstand but i bought it cash . there is no legitimate reason they want more. Trash Company

Awful experience. My first time with this service. I got two phones, first try to port over got an error went through three people got it fixed. Cool. Second line try to port over 5 different agents, 5 hang-ups, 6th agent rude patronizing, 7th and 8th caller can't help transfer, hang-ups after transfer. 7hours later it's late call in the morning same thing. Mind you I paid for service for both, rude guy deleted my 2nd line. Paid for another line. Still not activated. This is by far the worse customer service I ever experienced. Stay clear of this poison. I got to figure this out before my gf doesn't have a phone to use.

I would give a negative star if I could. Lousy service, dropped calls, and the customer service? Offshore, and horrible beyond words. Wife lost phone with sim and wanted to cancel account. Nope. Called to cancel. Nope. Hours , and they hang up on you . Called a dozen times. Just went in circles. Wife forgot the password and didn't have access to the phone. They don't want to help. I suspect they get paid by number of calls taken. Never ever using them again. ever.

Lousy customer service. They hang up on you in middle of conversation, after many tries to actually get thru automated service. Having problems transporting from other company. In process left me with no phone service for a day and a half. Every time you talk to some one you have to start over, dim catd#, iemi number, name, address, what you are calling about. They should have a record of all the previous calls and person you talked with. Takes an hour or two to get all this done and then you get disconnected or hung up on. When you call back here we go again. I am still not ported in completely and can't add other lines until errors fixed. Agent said someone would call me back that night to verify and complete transfer. When agent called she didn't seem to know why she wD calling me back. I got so frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said that she didn't need to transfer me to a supervisor that she was capable of taking care of my problem. I said I'll let you talk to my husband and she hung up. I could go on and on about all the issues I had with this customer service. If you want to pull your hair out, try giving them a call. Good luck! I'm switching to a company where I can go face to face with my service. About made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack from frustration. Not worth it!

Terrible service, I've never had so many issues with a phone service in my life. Customer service don't know anything, and they just hang up on you. Waisted my money and still needed to get a new service because my phones just didn't work. And yes I reset and updated my phone at least 7 times to no avail. Can't get a refund either, lovely

I don't even want to check one star for this CRAP! Purchased a 1$ sim tool kit"crap"3 days ago and 30$ refill today day 3 14 long calls threw automation and real people 14 times I've gave all the numbers they require. Turn off and on 30 times probably transfered 4 times to person higher then them who could help they said HOURS of this back and forth crap. They for the same exact same thing as all the others did then hung up on was told they would call me back NEVER did finally after the 4th higher person then all the others I HAD enough!! Hours wasted to get no where. So I ask for my 31$ back. We can't transfer you to refund department with verification..I have verified 14 times...sir you have to tell us again your name number IMEI and sim number..I'm fed up keep the 30$. Merry Christmas I didn't need a phone..DO NOT WASTE your time or money on TOTAL by Verizon garbage customer service

The customer service people hung the phone up on me 3 times in 30 minutes. Phone still not working. Very poor! I need my phone for work and they said it will take 24 hours to fix my problem. They yes they deleted. My account. I will be leaving them very soon.
