I just transferred my phone number and phone from Verizon to total wireless I ordered a SIM card on total wireless website it came in 2 days just like it said called customer service to activate the SIM card my phone number from Verizon and phone they said it would take 3 hours for my number and phone to be on total wireless I said okay they scheduled a call back for 9:30 pm and they called right at 9:30 pm To make sure my service was working it is. Don’t listen to all of these negative reviews I experienced no issues at all what so ever porting my number to total wireless no issues calling customer service only was on hold for 1 minute before I got to speak to somebody service is great in my area. Customer service is great and very helpful my experience was great. And to whoever said they bought a iPhone and they won’t replace it and told you to call Apple that is correct and any carrier will tell you that you have to call Apple to get it replaced because it is a Apple iPhone and only Apple can replace it. Verizon told me that when I had them so no carrier will replace a iPhone you have to go through Apple I don’t know why you gave them a negative review just for that. My experience is great so far.

I had a locked AT&T iPhone which AT&T refused to unlock for me. Total Wireless in 7th Avenue, Brooklyn 11215 unlocked the phone for me in a few minutes and charged a small fee. Great service!

While the customer portal isn't very mobile friendly (the UI urgently needs a redesign), their customer support is outstanding. In fact, it's rare to find such competent and helpful people with phone service providers. I needed their help twice and each time my issue was resolved within minutes.
