I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Total Wireless that I feel compelled to share to help others avoid a similar situation. My interaction with this company has left me feeling scammed and deeply dissatisfied. Initial Purchase and Activation I purchased a Total Wireless SIM card along with a $40 monthly plan, totaling $50. The activation process was completed online, following all the required steps meticulously. However, despite my efforts, there was no network signal available after activation. Customer Support Experience Seeking assistance, I contacted Total Wireless customer support. Unfortunately, this only added to my frustration. My call was transferred multiple times, and I had to repeatedly provide my details to different representatives. One customer service agent assured me that the issue would be resolved within 15-20 minutes. However, when I checked five hours later, the problem persisted. Repeated Attempts and Empty Promises I called customer support again and had to explain the entire situation from scratch. This time, I was advised to update my device, but the issue remained unresolved. Another representative attempted to assist me, but I felt more scammed than helped. When I suggested that the SIM card might be defective, I was assured that purchasing a new one would definitely resolve the issue. However, they refused to exchange the SIM card, provide technical support, or offer a refund. Conclusion In the end, I wasted $50 and an entire day dealing with Total Wireless. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing Total Wireless SIM cards or plans if you value your time and money. The lack of effective customer support and the inability to resolve basic issues make this service unreliable and untrustworthy. Buyer Beware: Avoid Total Wireless to save yourself from unnecessary stress and financial loss.
