Poor customer service. Rude employees and not willing to work with customer. They charged me the wrong amount and then wanted me to pay $5 for the $0.15 inch they shorted me. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over

As other user have pointed, I bought the bye bye T-mobile deal on the 30th, received the sim card a few days later and Switched two lines to total wireless. They refused to honor the deal because I switched after the the 30th September. They are selling the product until the 30th when they know users won't be able to switch within this time frame, Simply illegal. I will not recommend these people.

Well this is continuing from when I tried to have my phone activated! She took my card information, I paid for it but she never activated my phone. So then I went to buy a new phone and now they won't put my time on the new phone! They want me to pay again! Now it's a hassle to talk to a supervisor! Never again!

Been with total wireless several years. But they put 6 charges on my autopay and will not refund any of the extra charges. So don't use them.

I have been a happy customer for many years until recently. Recently they have changed their website and it simply doesn't work properly. It shows the home screen for a split second and then says "something went wrong". If you are very fast, you can get to the place you need to go but it usually takes several tries. I've tried it on my home computer as well and have the same problem. To make matters worse, because I'm a long time customer, they won't let me use their app anymore unless I change my plan. It is nearly impossible to pay for your service online and when you do there is no record of the payment on the website. They no longer let you put a card in reserve and customer service says that they use a "wallet" however there is no record of payment and I continue getting texts saying that my phone service is about to expire. After confirming with my bank that the payment was made, I had to waste an hour on the phone with them so that my phone service would not be interrupted. They had to expire my current service early and apply the recent purchase in order to prevent my service from expiring. As far as I'm concerned, that's theft. Although it wasn't a lot of time, they stole time that I had already paid for just to fix a problem on their end. All I wanted to do was keep paying for my service and not have any issues. I will be leaving Total Wireless after this month as there are less expensive options out there and I don't want to have such a hassle trying to pay for my service. GOODBYE TOTAL WIRELESS.

Pay for my service on October the 3rd 2 Days Later my service had been deactivated and when I called they would hang up on me. When I get them my order number my email the card used to pay for my phone service, they refused to give me an email that I could send proof that I have paid to them so they kept my money and didn't provide my phone service except for 2 days before they deactivated it. This is the worst phone experience ever these guys are scammers do not try to do business with them they will take your money.

Signed up with Total Wireless for the ByeBye T-Mobile promotion on September 29, promotion ended on September 30 and did not receive SIM cards until October 1, when I went to activate the SIM cards they told me that that promotion expired and I was not eligible for the plan, I argued with them going from one rep to another for almost 8 hrs. Still no satisfaction. I do not recommend this company at all. For those of you who are having the same problem PLEASE do what I did and file a complaint with the FCC and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if you don’t get any satisfaction keep filing complaints with the FCC. All of their customer service that you speak to are either from COLUMBIA OR the Philipenes and you can’t understand a word they say.
