WORST AND MOST DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE FOR NO REASON! I had the app and while it had issues I was able to store and add payment methods but since they removed the app and it’s only used for “premium members” I’ve had so many issues keeping my service on. I HATE this company and wish they would stop changing their policies all the time.

I signed up in the store for their premium plan $65 the offer was 50% off and with auto pay another $5 per month discount so my monthly plan was $25 per month. I signed up on a Saturday. The following Monday my phone service was disconnected and the only number that worked was 611 to customer service. They could not help me except for selling me a new plan at full price $65. I finally got the store to correct the issue several hours later. One month goes by and service is cut off agai. They say due to insufficient funds. The autopay comes directly from my Che king account with plenty of funds. Same issue with customer service. They wanted to sell me a new $65 plan. I was without service on a trip in another state. I had to drive back and go in the store again to get sevice back. They got me going. Today is one month later and I get a text that payment was successful so I check my account and $60 was deducted instead of the $25 that was guaranteed for 5 years. I will be switching to a new carrier. Three strikes for Total Wireless, The store reps are nice and helpful but their customer service when you call is terrible and they see no notes from previous calls in you account history. The cell service-coverage is good because it is on the Verizon network, but the customer service and website for Total by Verizon is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I switched to a different carrier. I had been a loyal customer of Verizon for years and years and years and due o a phone issue I was forced to Total. It left a very bad impression on me,

Total scam of a company. On multiple occasions I've purchased their refill cards that had invalid pins. When I call to complain, they say there's nothing they can do and I should just buy another one.

They deserve 0 stars. The customer service is horrible. My bill hasn't been the same not one month since starting my service in July. I've contacted Total Wireless atleast 8xs regarding the discrepancies and each time I've spent atleast 30 minutes on the phone and have accomplished nothing. They've changed my plan without my permission several times and because of their error I no longer receive my promotion for switching or my Disney+ This is my last month with them. My autopay was wrong again and all they did was say sorry and unfortunately they can't fix it.

I red all the reviews of other people just to check if anyone was expecting what I am. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Is best advice I can give you without writing a book why!

I can officially join the club of unhappy Total Wireless customers. I placed an order on December 3, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Today, December 6, I called to follow up and was informed that my order had been canceled because the product is out of stock. They said they would refund from 3 to 30 days. So, all I did was verify my ID, not receive a phone, and now I can only hope the refund actually comes through soon.
