Less than one star....in the last three months I've been screwed by the greedy owner of totalwireless, and please if can stay as far away from this phone service as you can...it is nothing but problematic...I spend 67.00 on plan that includes 20gb of hotsopt,and it doesn't work at all,then call the number and can't understand zip from the sweatshop worker running the phone just to here...I need an alternate phone to attemp to get what I've already paid for...the service is straight garbage,and all I can think is sissy boy trying catch up with elon,so he is screwing every user of his pissy phone service...I've checked and I am nit alone.If you associate with totalwireless for your service be looking to get scammed...100%,then yeah...they will sure unlock your phone cause they screwed you out of 67.00 cash already and got what they need from you..Soon as find headquarters hidden from bbb I will report..I'll get my 67.00 back if I have to make a video every day on youtube or facebook..people are tired of being ripped off by phone service provider, and if anyway at all possible I will sue his sissy ass..All wanted to say on review..Totalwireless is 100% totalarbage.inc..fact check and get screwed.

Signed up for the unlimited plan for my wife and I. Total wireless combined the accounts so the promotion didn't automatically apply. They separated them so the monthly pricing is now correct, but they are not displaying the correct Disney+ promotion on my wife's line. Despite many attempts to correct this they are not correcting it.

Horrendous customer service. I called after our mobile data mysteriously stopped working for two days and was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes with an offer for compensation as it was an issue on their end. After two hours and no call back, I called them and all the agent would repeat over and over to me is that I need to renew my service (which is renewed already, otherwise I couldn't have been talking to him). He insisted that he was the manager and could not transfer my call either. Ridiculous.

Customer service is a joke! No one speaks english. After several months, and over 18hrs trying to activate an Iphone I bought, I am now being told I need to BUY a phone, to add a new line to the account, THEN they will send me the free phone that is offered on the website! What? how does this make any sense? So now I have one service with this dysfunctional company, and another service with the way overpriced parent company! This & the parent company are literally the worst out there! Go somewhere else for your service. You'll thank me later!

Spent 48 minutes to get no answer to my problem. Acted like a need secret clearance to talk to a live person, who told me to go online . After 48 minutes they could not give the code to proceed. Tried on line 6 times, that is why I called in the first place. Dumber than a rock !!! Had no intention of solving my problem.

Rewards are a scam customer service is incredible at what they do considering they just pull info and answers from a cloud of feathers somewhere. Not one consistent answer .... Not one computable reason for their make believe knowledge. Mm y phone wa shut off because my auto pay is due in three days .., they tried to auto pay today and it didn't go thru so they shut me down. I'm homeless and disabled and need my phone to survive I am going to write to ADA Next

3 hours on the phone with 2 idiots that can't speak clear enough English i can understand and know less about the phone im trying to connect to their service than I do!! I told the lady 3 times you can't just save the name of the APN and leave the rest blank and then power cycle the phone then reset the network settings!?!?!? I still don't have service!!!!
