Total WirelessReviews of totalwireless.com

On 11/3/25 I went to total located in Giddings, TX after I had gone to TMobile and Cricket. I was in a cellular emergency state. I was with Metro PC at the time. There's no Metro PC in Giddings. I can't remember the young man's name, but let me tell you...He went above and beyond! I'm talking about stellar customer service! Yessss. I am a new business woman in the town and he literally saved my professional life! Not to mention Total was 45% cheaper than TMobile and Cricket and could do what they couldn't. They are alright with me.

My mom has new service and did not know to use the phone. She thought that it was broken and has went to the store several times it was not broken she didn't know how to use it.The service was great. The representatives helped her figure it out and get her online

Total wireless is really awesome. The technical team is really fantastic I wish best of luck Amin

good customer service and got me a better and cheaper deal ! 10/10 5 star fs

I had a good experience sorting out my grandmother's phone issue. The assistant was very helpful and accommodating. Will do business with them again.

I was with cricket for 10 years. Moved service to total wireless last week. I’m blown away on the coverage! I’m out in the mountains and have perfect coverage. Including hotspot! I’m so happy I switched.

Love the process of total wireless. No bs. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before i made my purchase. This is my third month with their service and i have signal everywhere which i didnt have in the past with other carriers.

I've been with Total Wireless so long I don't know when I started. I was with Verizon and found this. I paid $150 for a phone and pay about $23 a month. The charge goes on my card automatically. Consumer Cellular talks about support. Must be crappy service as I've never had a problem. Great service and coverage. There are "no zones" but those are probably universal to all phones.
