WASTE COMPANY - STAY AWAY Had a chat for 45 mins and they can't help activating my account and asked me to call the help line. I called help line. They have my conversation records for 46 mins + 62 mins + 33 mins with no proper help activating my phone. Disconnected the call in the middle of a conversation with o help. Not sending the authentication codes properly. acting smart and annoying callers.

This Company is ABSOLUTELY HORRID 1. You can NEVER talk to anyone On Shore so Imagine dealing with Representative who obviously dont save notes on the account and having an issue , I've had to explain my issue 1000x's to Agents who ask the same question and I guess go by a manuscript to resolve an issue 2. Issues never resolved, They advise as a solution to restart your phone and turn off and on the Data this should work, ok after doing that and it still doesn't work and you explain to the agent its ok let me get you to higher up...Surprisingly call drops 3. Mentally Exhausted , after so many attempts of working with a Company who is more focused to getting Customers but not focused on keeping them you realize they in it for a big money grab not to solve and solutions. I would literally pay Someone to save there troubles dealing with this company. THE WORST PHONE COMPANY IN HISTORY....After you read this review and you go with it and then look back on this review ,dont say I didn't tell you.

The Worst Customer Service ever! They Lie, Cheat and Misrepresent all the facts about the Prices, Promotions and Service! Owned by Verizon actually explains why they are beyond terrible, just like Verizon Wireless itself!

I don't even give it one star I don't even give it a pinch of a star this is the most horriblest phone company I've ever had waste of money if you don't want to waste your money I'm a broke b**** bring it this way I'll pay my baby's food and stuff with it instead since I break my grandbabies

WORST customer service EVER! This company is run by VERIZON and they have the same customer SERVICE problem! This is WHY they are going BANKRUPT because management is TERRIBLE! They LIE, They CHEAT & they STEAL your money!

My phone has been broke since 9/10/2025 just stopped working. I had to go to Walmart to have my account authenticated since I couldn’t receive texts. I ordered my phone off my account on total wireless and paid for next day delivery. Well I’m not receiving my phone until sometime on 9/15/2025 I called and asked why I paid for it and was told they shipped it out as 1 day but the warehouse is responsible for it now. That they are unable to do anything because they shipped it as I paid for it but got switched to 1-3 business days. I have a deaf 9 year old who goes to school 45 mins away from home and all my information and contact is through my phone but there is nothing they can do and won’t refund the shipping fee I paid since it went out like it should have. I have been with total wireless since 2017 I’m thinking it’s time to switch to a company that cares and will ship it the way it’s supposed to be.

I used to work for this company this is not a good company they are racist they treated me like I was nothing when your bill do that same day they cut it right off they don't live to nothing that they say that they doing if I was y'all I would not switch companies I work for them for 6 months and wouldn't even switch with them you going to be highly disappointed it's not a good company at all and that's why I paid and take your money and you don't even get the full Disney Plus my roommate don't even get it you guys will waste your money and your time
