This is the worst service company ever. If it wasn't for me already paying my bill I would switch and I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I will be moving to a new service next month. They are terrible since they sold out. I give 0 stars if I could

Horrible, horrific service. Total Wireless is the worst. They messed up the porting of my phone # using an eSIM and didn't port correctly. I have had nothing but, stress since switching. Phone constantly saying I'm "not registered" to a network. As a result dropped calls, calls don't go through, can't send text, can't get on the internet. Will be switching asap. Worst experience I have ever had. 3 chats and 2 calls which yielded no results and just more stress. This company should not be in business.

Very bad app and they have false advertising. When I add 3 lines thinking I'll pay$60, but it's $80.

Up until Verizon took it over the service was impeccable..now they are brsin dead zombies. I have had a problem with my voicemail for over a month. After TEN calls i was informed they upgraded their software and alot of people are affected which would have been nice if they sent out a notice before the password was changed, now i cannot access my voicemail at all. Every one said to reboot my phone and the problem will be fixed and i would get a call within a week to get it finalized..im still waiting for that phone call and they treat me like i have no clue what im doing..they don't realize i see thru the company underlying motto..upgrade them..one of them hinted on that. Thoroughly frustrated and complained to Verizon and the consumer advocacy group already

Worst phone company I've ever used!! Hours on the phone with customer service, just to get nothing at all accomplished. Please save the money, time and headache!

Only giving one star because I have to. This has got to be the worst customer service on earth from speaking with the agent to using the text service. I want a refund and as they were doing a ticket for it we got disconnected and this company doesn’t leave notes on the account I have been dealing with so many different agents all week it’s pathetic still nothing solved and still not refund.

If I could leave less than one star, I absolutely, unequivocally would do exactly that. Total wireless is, by far and away, the worst experience I have ever had in regard to service providers. I funded my "wallet" with the appropriate amount to cover the monthly fee, but the money was never applied to my account. I have been forced to buy a physical 15 digit card from Walmart for the last 3 months in a row. I have contacted Total Wireless Customer Service no fewer than a dozen times with zero progress, let alone a resolution of the issue. I have asked for a supervisor at least 10 times, but wouldn't you know it, there's never a supervisor available. I have demanded a refund, provided the bank information along with TW's own internal transaction ID showing the funds being available. I don't know what else to do at this point beyond filing an FCC complaint and reporting the charges as fraudulent. Do not risk losing your money! NEVER use this company!! Warn ANYONE/EVERYONE you know

This has to be the worst phone company I've ever had in my life. From the beginning I got the service it was problems. They put in the wrong information so it took months for me to log into my account. Tried to pay my bill before the due date. It went to a wallet that they never found. So twice I had to pay my bill 2 times. I dropped my phone and they wanted to charge me almost 200$ for a 60$ phone. My services ended today I tried all day yesterday to switch my phone services. For today I had to pay another bill for this month to switch my services. They prey on the low income and seniors. This is a scam and I promise there will be a class action lawsuit and I'll be patiently waiting. Please don't go to them. Cricket is a much better choice.
