Total Wireless is the ABSOLUTE WORST PHONE SERVICE IN WORLD HISTORY. Since I started with them in August they have continually taken my 50 monthly payment for unlimited Data and then repeatedly switch me to some lifeline service that I NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP FOR I don't even know what it is. Though I explain this every month in person when I pay my bill and online when they start the games every month. I was a Roofer till I fell and now I trade to make money and they shut me off the other night , after I just got put back on earlier that day , right as I was trading and caused me to lose $1100.00 It is always people who aren't Americans that answer and they must be stupid because they always say it's fine but it isn't. I would like 5 mins alone with one of them idiots. Please stay away from this NO GOOD SCAM COMPANY

I bought a prepaid Total Wireless service at my local Target. I was told is a high speed internet service. I just realized the cellular signal is very poor right after I paid and inserted sim into the device. But it was late to recognize it because the tech guy told it is not refundable. The Total Wireless told they are not responsible for purchased it in Target. So, most likely I have to use my Bank to withdraw my money for a fraud sale.

They double billed me and refused to provide service or a refund for over a year. I chatted with them numerous times and received numerous promises that were not kept. It was infuriating. They are a horrid company.

Refuse to unlock phone even know the commitment was met. Unethical business pratices.

I rated it a one star only because I could not give it a 0. Service stops working completely each month halfway through the month although I have service until the 31st of each month. Customer service is terrible. Each month they have to update my new phone stating that it has been corrected and will not happen again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is the worst I have ever came across I will never use them again or will I tell people about them. Service drop all the time they say they will fix it an give more time on the phone they dont it all a lie. DONT USE THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE FULL.OF CRAP I PAYED MY BILL IN ADVANCE JUST SO THEY COULD DEACTIVATE MY SERVICES I DO NOT RECCOMENDED THESE FOLKS AND THEY CAN BE REALLY RUDE AT TIMES
