Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

Analyzed the problem, communication was great. Did a wonderful job

My experience with Totalwatchrepair was as perfect as it could get. Everything was seamless and precise. They were terrific at communicating the necessary repairs process and timeline for completion. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good communication, prompt and effective watch service, well packed and quick return.

Provided services as explained in email. Prices were provided before service.

I love the service and work these fine folks provide. I have trusted them with several watches, one an antique that a local watchmaker failed to fix after several tries, and this watch and the others are as good as new. Fabulous workmanship. I recommend them without hesitation.

Great service, great price.

Every aspect of the repair process -- initial call on the process, detailed estimate, time to complete, and exceptional job cleaning up a 20+ year old watch for my 93-year old mother-in-law-- was professional and efficient.

I found an old watch (a Benrus) of a coffee can full of pennies, I was not working and was scratched up a bit. so I found Total Watch Repair online an\d sent it to them. The did an excellent job cleaning and reconditioning the watch and did so at a price that was very fair. I would use their services again!
