Total Watch RepairReviews of totalwatchrepair.com

Incredible service. I will be sending a few more watches their way. Turnaround time was quick. Thank you

Great job – watch looks beautiful – very happy

Watch looked new again when it arrived from Total Watch Repair. Communications during the wait were timely and informative. The only negative involved the time it took for them to get the part needed. But I don't believe that was TWR's fault. So, all in all very satisfied and will use them again when needed in the future.

It was fixed correctly this time. It did cost me more money. Which I was not pleased with, but it was repaired.

My watch died with only a week to go before leaving the country on vacation. The turnaround was incredible! Truly top notch service.

the watch was returned working better then ever. It looks brand new and I love wearing it again.

This is a great company to work with. They will give you an estimate up front. The process to send your item is easy. They will discuss your repair if needed, work is done quickly and your timepiece is back before you know it. Highly recommend.

Attention to all details ... great customer service. Very reasonable pricing when compared to Brietling's recommended service center.
