Needed a replacement band for a Citizen Eco-Drive. Was easy to find band on website and place order. Cost was less than half of what I've paid for replacement bands, in the past, from a Jewelry store. Received order in a very timely fashion. Will do business with this vendor in the future (as needed).

I ordered a Citizen Blue Sharkskin band at a great priceand received it in just a few days. Perfect!! I will definitely buy from them again.

I needed a band for my Seiko dive watch and ordered the wrong size. I returned it and got the right one with no problem. I recommend Total Watch Repair to everyone.

Very prompt and attentive. It was a hard to find item and it was shipped and received even faster than they promised. I love good customer service!!!

I have no complaints about the company. They delivered the watch band quickly and I even got an additional discount with a coupon code.

This company was prompt, responsive and performed a beautiful and reasonably priced repair to 2 of my swiss army watches. I highly recommend them!
