Everyone I worked with was very professional. They worked with me on my down payment and monthly payments so that I could afford the service. Would be nice if total tax had a website that their clients could access to upload documents, check on the status of their file and maybe make additional payments. Overall Total Tax took a lot of stress out of my life and would recommend them to friends and family.

Thank you for your review, Paula! We are so glad we could help. And we do have a client portal that does all of the things you mentioned. Our clients can submit and access their documentation, see requests for information, make payments, access filed tax returns and more. It went live for our annual tax preparation clients in late December and will be expanding it to all clients soon!
