The amount Total Tax Inc quoted in my contract is the exact amount I paid. Additional fees, if any, were for additional services. Wow! That's refreshing. • A team of people were assigned to my case, each handling a certain aspect, all the while creating a system of checks and balances that ensured every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. • Communication was exceptional! Someone always answered the phone if I called during business hours. That's pretty rare these days. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. More importantly, Total Tax Inc kept me informed on the status of my case every step of the way. I never had to call and ask for an update. • No judgment, just solutions! These guys totally saved my life. My daughter is getting married in Europe and the IRS was holding up my passport. They immediately got to work and got it released for me.
