Total Tax, IncReviews of totaltaxinc.com

This company is sharp , on point and fast. My main contact was Mrs. Becky. She knows her stuff. Very pleasant and kind. Easy to talk to and work with. Her entire staff was wonderful. She made me feel important and top priority. Never once rejected any of my calls. She did not have any issue answering my questions. The customer service was top notch. That’s rare these days. This tax group is a force to be reckoned with. I would like to personally thank you ! She didn’t judge me not once and listened to my entire store. The price is more than fare for the service i received. It’s worth at least a first conversation because I learned so much on the first conversation. Wealth of knowledge in this company. Becky you are above amazing!!!! Thank you Keion

My husband (and I) got hit by a tax levy and didn't even know where to start and how to get this resolved. However, one inquiry to Total Tax and they offered solutions, with great explanations. My husband and I discussed our options and clearly decided we needed their help, we could not do this on our own. So the contract was signed and they went to work. They got the Levy stopped (yay) and are working diligently with us to clear up all of our tax matters. Becky and Lorraine have been awesome! First of all they made me feel like part of the team to get this resolved, and not like an idiot that got themselves into this situation. Second, I have never worked with a company of any sort that has the quick response time that they do, to every single thing I ask. Rather it's by phone or e mail, they reply immediately. Which of course, is so appreciated! I would highly recommend working with Total Tax, Inc, if you should ever find yourself in need of Tax help! I am very happy I found them!

I would like to say even though i ended up not being able to go through with their service, my agent was very helpful in giving me advice in where to go from here. she took the time to explain why she made the decision and after hanging up we realized she was right. We'll do what we need to get it done but i appreciated her honesty and time.

Very good to work with

Total Tax is professional and reliable. I appreciate their guidance when needed and their willingness to explain tax information. I would highly recommend Total Tax to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy tax company.

We have received outstanding service from Total Tax over the past ten years. As a matter of fact, we consider a Tamar to be our financial Guardian Angel! Over the years we have been involved in several complex real estate transaction (each having unique tax consequences). Tamar has always been there to guide us through the tax complexities. As a result, we have always realized the best possible outcome. She has always been only a phone call away. We couldn't ask for more! We have referred family and friends to her because we trust her and Tamar has delivered absolutely top notch service. I highly recommend Total Tax!

We have always been pleased and satisfied with the service at Total Tax and have recommended them to friends and family. Thanks Tamar!

My husband and I are so pleased with the service Total Tax, Inc. has provided for us. We are long term clients, and have never considered going elsewhere. The office staff is so welcoming and helpful. Tamar Johnson, CPA is who we trust to do our tax preparation. She is full of knowledge, and makes the preparation process seamless. She also provides, early in the year, a Tax Organizer that provides useful information to help with preparing your taxes. Included are other supporting documentations that are helpful as well. Also..... bonus, she offers a referral program of $25.00 for each new client you send their way. Another appreciated benefit of doing business with Total Tax, Inc. is how accommodating they are to work around your schedule in order to make an appointment that works for you.
