Expertise...keeping up with tax laws and understanding our situation for the best planning and approach to managing taxes and personal finances. Personable...very friendly and takes the time to explain issues and allows for client conversation. I've been using this firm for many years now from the original owner to the current owner. They've been very consistent with their philosophy of being experts and "user friendly" at the same time.

Getting a letter from the IRS is not a pleasant experience. Didn't know how to approach responding although they do give you options. I still sought help and was very pleased how Lorraine was completely understanding and personally spoke with the IRS on our behalf.
